Summary: The receptionist called Faus was excellent. He organised a great room 271 for us. Unfortunately the Aircon didn’t work properly and the room was very hot. Housekeeping sent an engineer who replaced the filter and he told us that the room would cool down in 30 minutes. We went out for dinner and came back at eleven to a very hot and stuffy room. After enduring an uncomfortable night I told the female receptionist about the Aircon when we were checking out in the morning. She couldn’t have cared less. I also emailed the Melia hotel and haven’t heard back. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Summary: Great hotel, and beach within walking distance. Marina is also even closer. Lovely hotel, with nice rooms and bathroom. Everything you need. Pool was nice too, quiet and the staff are really pleasant and helpful. Will defo go back.

Summary: The bedroom was fine, but the bathroom was lacking a good shower what they had was not fit for the purpose! Reception staff was very pleasant.
